How do I know what size to chose?

We use basically the same sizes as competing brands. Examples are you between S & M we recommend that you order M.

If your order has not been sent, then you can of course cancel your order. However, we offer very fast delivery which means that we handle your orders very quickly after the purchase is made. So if you wish to cancel your order, our advice is to contact us immediately. But we cannot guarantee that you can cancel the order due to the fact that it may have been sent.

I haven't gotten my order confirmation?

The most common reason when you haven't received your order confirmation is that the email is incorrect. Please verify that through Klarna, because it's from them that we get the information.

In some cases it may be due to an active spamfilter that blocks our email. Please check your junkmail and similar to rule that out. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service.


When can I expect my order?

Normal delivery within Sweden is 1-3 work days, other European countries 2-6 work days. During intense periods there might be delays, but if that is the case you will be informed.

How much is shipping?

39 Sek but free shipping on orders over 500 Sek. If you want to change size or complain your order you need to pay the freight so always check the sizechart before you order.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes of course, you will get a mail when your order is sent from our ware house and in that mail you will find a link that traces your shipment and also a tracking id.

How long am I covered by warranty and what does it cover?

All of our products have a warranty of one year. The products are made to withstand our high demands. Besides that, our products are also covered by warranty from possible manufacturing issues.

What is not covered by warranty?

Defects or damages due to stealing, fire, water or that the products has been exposed to UV radiation.

Damages or problems due to wrongful use, accidents or unwarranted reparation or modification of the product.

Appearance changes, injuries and defects due to normal wear and tear and aging (for example, scratches, wear and tear).
