HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?

All products have a size-guide on their product pages.

I CANNOT FIND A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE SEEN HERE EARLIER?

We are constantly working on renewing our collections and when a new one comes in, sometimes the old ones must be removed.

CAN I CHANGE SIZE ON A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We always have a free return policy on all products. Follow these steps to return a product:

Step 1: Fill in the reason for the return on the supplied paper that came along with the package.

Step 2: Put the product in the package as it was when it was sent to you and close it using the tape strip.

Step 3: Paste the tag that came along the package over the old adress label. If you don’t use this tag you will be charged for the shipping.

Step 4: Return the package to a post office. The money will be refunded as soon as we recieve the product.

DO YOU REFILL PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?

In most cases, yes. Feel free to contact us at support@poesisportswear.com.

HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE MONEY FROM MY RETURN YET.

If you have not received your money within 14 days of sending the package, please contact us at support@poesisportswear.com or +46 73 695 38 35.

THE PRODUCT YOU SENT ME IS DAMAGED.

We are very careful to check all our products to avoid this, please contact us immediately at support@poesisportswear.com or +46 73 695 38 35 if this should happen.

Outside Sweden: 3-6 working days.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION BUT MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED.
